Job Description

  • Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
  • Use scripts to provide information about service features, prices, etc., and present their benefits.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  • Research and analyze sales options.
  • Providing outstanding and special services to international clients.
  • Maintaining the interactions with the active foreign clients and identifying new clients as well as new business possibilities.
  • Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization.
  • Making the clients understand about the various products and services by explaining to them about the same in their language.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Ability to sell using our unique product offerings that address clients’ challenges; the consultative seller.
  • Maintaining an efficient relationship with all international customers.
  • Preparing monthly reports and setting targets for the next month.
  • Coordinating with the sales and marketing team to analyze the international market.

Working Shift: 12-8 PM
