- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
- Use scripts to provide information about service features, prices, etc., and present their benefits.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Research and analyze sales options.
- Providing outstanding and special services to international clients.
- Maintaining the interactions with the active foreign clients and identifying new clients as well as new business possibilities.
- Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization.
- Making the clients understand about the various products and services by explaining to them about the same in their language.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Ability to sell using our unique product offerings that address clients’ challenges; the consultative seller.
- Maintaining an efficient relationship with all international customers.
- Preparing monthly reports and setting targets for the next month.
- Coordinating with the sales and marketing team to analyze the international market.
