  • Should have passed MBA, MBS (Marketing will be given more priority)
  • Minimum 5 years experience of Advertise and signage sectors
  • Good knowledge of Rental advertising sectors
  • Able to take advertising business from different Banks, Tel-com, Cement factories and others so many companies for brand promotion
  • Candidate should be able to make good proposals
  • He should be able to handle the marketing teams easily
  • Preferences in the faculty of management
  • Excellent presentation and convincing skills

Job Description

  • Partner with all Sales channels and origins on the development and execution of integrated Annual Plans to maximize exposure of the destination and on-site hotels through strategic positioning and exposure through partner initiatives maximizing distribution and ultimately achieving business goals
  • Planning, organizing and controlling whole sales and marketing activities
  • Preparing sales target
  • Planning sales and marketing activities in order to achieve sales target
  • Implementing promotional campaigns
  • Building and maintaining the rapport with the customers
  • General office duties
  • Develops (and submits for approval) all proformas for newly proposed marketing programs including program descriptions and cost analysis
  • Responsible for the successful results of every element of the marketing programs
  • Manages marketing team members including, but not limited to, hiring, training, developing, motivating, disciplining and terminating staff
