Job Description

  • Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities on day-to-day basis
  • Modifying menus or create new ones that meet the quality standards of an organization with appropriate food cost
  • Maintain and estimate adequate food requirements of kitchen supply in order to support smooth operation.
  • Ensure the 100% quality and presentation of food before it reaches to the guest table in order to achieve best guest satisfaction
  • Create an environment within department which promotes staff morale and encourages the employee to maximize their efficiency
  • Supervise the activities of kitchen staffs on daily basis so that they don’t go beyond the company policy and rule.
  • Raise daily purchase order for kitchen commodities and monitor the inventory is under control
