Job Description

We are in search of an outstanding and talented executive chef who is an expert in TexMex/Mexican cuisine and have know-how of organizational operations of the restaurant.

The chef would be responsible for innovating TexMex cuisine, using the most freshest of ingredients
Must take charge of costings, schedules, ordering, logistics and financials for outstanding restaurant operation
Must be a patient trainer to the culinary team to maintain outstanding standards
Must have an eye for details to provide guests with memorable dining experience
Exceptional organizational and communication skills and be a leader to employees
