Job Description

  • An ability to create trending menus that are innovative and profitable
  • An ability to identify potential locations for operation of kitchens
  • Through understanding of COGS and ability to control costs while maintaining quality 
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS, PowerPoint)

Job Description

  • Developing unique and innovative cuisine menu planning and providing recommendations to management
  • Recommend possible areas to setup remote kitchens given potential economic market and feasibility
  • Collaborating with the Finance Manager and Management to set item prices
  • Staying current on developing trends in the kitchen
  • Maintaining the kitchen in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
  • Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff
  • Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, packaging and delivery
  • Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
  • Preparing kitchen SOPs such as kitchen team daily checklist, wastage control SOPs, inventory management, storage SOPs & FIFO, order taking, delivery SOPs and reporting structures
  • Willing to regularly travel to different sites and overseeing and evaluating the effectiveness of the overall kitchen function
