Job Description

  • Manage CCO’s( Chief CommercialOfficer) schedule & calendar while relentlessly focusing on maximizing his time, whenever possible
  • Own & be responsible for important projects & initiatives as assigned by the CCO. This could include anything from planning and executing company-wide initiatives and or preparing for an investor presentation
  • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
  • Schedule meetings and appointments. Prepare MoM (Minute of Meeting) for each of the meetings attended with the CCO
  • Be an extension of the COO. This means proactively stepping in wherever needed to provide assistance & make decisions, while consistently going above & beyond
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Job Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
