We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is passionate about big changes happening in the world of business and technology like Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, and how they would positively impact our lives. We would like the new team member to be a part of the everyday decision and action to bring into reality the large vision of our company, i.e. to be the no. 1 cloud solution provider consultancy firm in Nepal and increase our global footprint.

Job Description

About the role: 

As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, you will be instrumental in supporting the leader and the team. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities. You will build relationships cross-functionally and externally on behalf of the ED and act as their first point of contact. A high level of discretion is required as you frequently handle confidential and sensitive information.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Calendar management and prioritization based on an intimate understanding of executive and department needs and key objectives. Reviews requests and schedules appointments, interviews and meetings accordingly
  • Serves as liaison between executives, directors and visitors as required . Proactively builds working relationships inter-departmentally and cross-functionally across the organization as well as with external partners. Acts as first point of contact to executive
  • In collaboration with HR, Finance and Admin, plan and execute department wide meetings, trainings and events as required
  • Ensure department needs are being met through frequent communication with Directors and partnership with operational and HR functions
  • Strategize and implement processes to optimize executive’s time
  • Draft and dispatch email correspondence and take meeting notes as needed while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
  • Assist with meeting planning and set up; schedules conference rooms, orders catering, secures technology and other resources as required
  • Uses a hands-on approach and strategic thinking to assist in special projects as needed and collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Work closely with the executive to keep him/her informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and company initiatives. Act as a sounding board and confidant to executive
  • Performs these and other departmental duties as assigned
