Job Description

CAS is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant. The role is for people with advanced proficiency in computers, and the ability to grasp new technologies. The role requires someone who can work independently, be very discrete and tactful dealing with people, has excellent communication skills to operate on his/her behalf and make informed decisions in tough situation. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. S/he should carry out the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • Managing the day to day operations of the office, and maintaining files and records
  • Provide complex office administrative support in the areas of procurement, budgeting, report preparation and communication
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments for the management team
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Making arrangements for travel and events and managing corporate guests
  • Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails

 Salary will be based on the overall competency of the chosen applicant and commensurate with market levels.
