1. Thakre Rural Municipality has allocated funds to cover eligible payment under the contract for upgrading of road mentioned below

2. Thakre Rural Municipality invites online bids under e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the procurement of Construction of roadside drain, cross drainage. Retaining structures, laying of subbase, Rigid Pavement, Asphalt Concrete Pavement Work etc.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain Further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Thakre Rural Municipality, Dhading, Nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Thakre Rural Municipality, Dhading Nepal at 2078-01-26 13:00 hours.
5. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp Intrested Bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document 3000.0 NRs in the following specified bank.

6. Intrested Bidder should submit online Bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 2078-02-06 12:00. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System Opening guidelines 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP System.
7. Online bid shall be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend on 2078-02-06 13:00 hours at the Thakre Rural Municipality, Dhading, Nepal. Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days accounting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period or may deposit a sum of above mentioned amount on Thakre Rural Municipality, Dharauti Account no: 0510101118900041 on account Maintained at Prabhu Bank, Mahadevbesi, Dhading. The scan copy of bid security or cash deposit Voucher should be uploaded in e-GP system during Bid Submission.
8. If the Office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bid is specified, the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially any or all the bid without assigning reason whatsoever.
10. In Case of Contract ID No. 12/NCB/WORKS/THAKRE/2077/08 . Bidder should submit the experience certificate of at least 130 m3 Asphalt Concrete Pavement Work.
