NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed Bids from interested Company/Firm for Supply/Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Centrally Monitoring E-Surveillance System with various Security and Office Equipments for the Bank.
Interested Company/Firm can obtain Bid Document from Bank's General Administration & Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon payment of nonrefundable document fee of
NPR 10,000.00 (NPR Ten Thousand Only)
Eligibility Criteria:
Bidders should have at least 3 years of company registration.
Bidders/OEM should have minimum experience of at least 2 years in related fields.
Bidders should have annual turnover at least of NPR. 30 Million During FY 2077/078.
Bidders should be able to produce authorization letters of distribution/dealership for the proposed product.

Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized,
Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate-Duly Notarized,
Valid copies of Tax clearance of FY 2077/2078 - Duly Notarized,
MOA and AOA-Duly Notarized,
Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized,
Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized,
Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from - Duly Notarized (Department of Commerce/Industry),
Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses to back the claim of experience,
Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership for the proposed brandDuly notarized,
Other documents as prescribed in Bid Document.
Sealed bids for all the requirements mentioned above are to be submitted within close of business on 15th July 2022 in the prescribed format. Sealed bids should be addressed to the General Administration & Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bid documents sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration returned to the sender.
Bids shall be opened on 7th August 2022 at 11:00 AM at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu
