The Nepal Cancer Hospital and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. (NCHRC), Harisiddhi, Lalitpur invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the supply of various items (General Medicines, Surgical Items, Hospital Linen and Clothing items, Stationary Items, Printing Items, Microbiology Items, Pathology Items, Cleaning Items, Water Supply in Tanker and Oxygen Gas Supply). Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of NCHRC, Harisiddhi, Lalitpur, Nepal. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of the NCHRC by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 5000.00
1. Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of NCHRC, Harisiddhi, Lalitpur.
2. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the above office of NCHRC before 5 PM on the 21st day from the date of first publication of this notice. Documents received after the last date for submission shall not be accepted.
3. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives. Date to open the sealed tender will be mentioned in the Bid document, who chose to attend at the office of the NCHRC. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of 5% of the quoted bid amount (inclusive of VAT) from any A Class Commercial Bank which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period and also with updated documents as indicated in the bed document.
4. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then, the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
5. Bidders are advised to visit and assess the sample before submitting their bid.
6. The NCHRC reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
