1. Buddhashanti Rural Municipality has allocated funds to cover eligible payment for the procurement Office invites electronic bids to all eligible Nepalese Bidders under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality Budhabare Jhapa Nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.
3. Bidder should download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder's should submit (upload) their bid electronically, and should deposit the cost of non-refundable amount of NRs. 1000 for bid in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and upload cash deposit voucher along with the Bid Document. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

4. Pre-bid meeting will be not be held.
5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp within 12th hr of 16th day from date of publication.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13th hr on the same day of bid submission at the office of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality Budhabare, Jhapa, Nepal. Bid will be valid for a period of 90 days after date of bid opening and must be accompanied by submission of original voucher of bid security amounting to as mentioned below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.Bidders can submit the bid security amount in the GA 3 - DHARAUTI KHATABUDDHASHANTI GAUPALIKA held on NIC Asia Bank Ltd., Budhabare, A/C No.: 85CA499513524003 and submit by uploading the original voucher along with the Bid Document.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
9. All other issues shall be considered as per Public Procurement Act 2063 including latest amendment & Public Procurement Regulation 2064.
