Nepal Oil Corporation Limited (NOC), Motihari-Amlekhgunj Petroleum Pipeline Project (MAPL), Amlekhgunj, Bara invites Electronic Bids for the Works “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydrocarbon detection system in pipeline area of Amlekhgunj Depot" under National Competitive Bidding (NBC) procedures as specified in prevailing Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations of Nepal. The estimated amount for the Works is NRs. 17,460,000.00 exclusive of VAT. Bidding is open to all eligible National Bidders.
Only eligible bidders with the following Key Qualifications should participate in this bidding:
• The Bidder should have proven experience in the field of Hydrocarbon detection system in petroleum pipelines or should have Key Experts as mentioned in the Qualification Criteria Section of the Bidding Document.Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document in English at the office of NOC/MAPL, Amlekhgunj, Bara, Nepal or may visit the GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
Complete set of Bidding Document for the task in English is available online and may be downloaded for c-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document (non-refundable fee) of NRs. 3,000.00 to the NOC/MAPL's Current Account Number: 5401017500195, Nabil Bank Ltd.,Simara Branch and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
Interested eligible Bidders are required to submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. on or before 1:00 P.M. on 23 July 2022.
Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:15 P.M. on 23 July 2022 at the office of NOC/MAPL, Amlekhgunj, Bara, Nepal.
Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format, amounting to a minimum NRs. 450,000.00, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (ie., Valid up to minimum 19 November 2022).
If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NOC/MAPL's Current Account Number: 5401017500195, Nabil Bank Ltd. Simara Branch, Bara and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
