1. Supply, Installation and System Integration of Technologies and Applications for Complete Contact/Call Center Solutions
2. Supply, Installation and System Integration of E2E Loan Processing system
NMB Bank Limited (referred as "the Bank, invites sealed proposals (Technical & Financial) from registered service providers/bidders to render above mentioned services for the bank The individual RFP document can be obtained by the service provider/bidder on submission of written application along with Company's Registration Certificate from Bank's Projects and Strategic Sourcing Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of NPR. 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only)per bid in the account number: 00901371300114 (Bid Document Purchase Parking Account) of the bank
- The RFP shall consist of Sealed Proposal (Technical and Financial) as described in the "RFP Documents as per the schedule given below:

- Interested service provider/bidder must submit all the documents outlined in the RFP Document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the proposal
