Invitation for e- Quotations

1. The National Potato Research Program, Khumaltar, Lalitpur invites e- quotations from registered Suppliers for the supply & delivery works enclosed hereunder.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at National Potato Research Program, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, Phone: 977-01-5538005 Email: [email protected] or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.
3. Bidders should download the bidding documents from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, should deposit the cost of NRs 1000 of bidding document at Nepal Bank Ltd., Gabahal, Lalitpur in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account no:: 0180010021 7923000001 and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids
4. The e- Quotations must be submitted to the office National Potato Research Program, Khumaltar, Lalitpur through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hrs. on 11th May 2021 (2078/01/28). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The e-Quotations shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Hrs, on 11th May 2021(2078/01/28) at the office of National Potato Research Program, Khumaltar, Lalitpur at the office of National Potato Research Program, Khumaltar, Lalitpur. Quotations must be valid for a period 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of as shown in table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the Quotation
6. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 01801000002003000001 in the Name of KOSH TATHA LEKHA NIYANTRAK KARYALAYA, Lalitpur office code no: 312413402 at Nepal Bank Lid, Gabahal, Lalitpur and submit the separate receipts of the deposited amount of cash along with respective Sealed Quotation
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
8. Any provisions which are not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with public Procurement Act. (PPA), 2063/Public Procurement Regulations (PPR), 2064 and Other Prevailing Nepalese Rules.
