1.The Sushil Koirala Prakhar Cancer Hospital,Khajura, Banke invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Medical Laboratory and Surgical Items at Sushil Koirala Prakhar Cancer Hospital, Khajura, Banke. The bidder may submit the sealed bid for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Laboratory and Surgical Items at Sushil Koirala Prakhar Cancer Hospital, Khajur, Banke. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in Bid document, if applicable.

3. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Sushil Koirala Prakhar Cancer Hospital ,Khajura, Banke, on or before as shown in the table below. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives at specified date and time as shown in table below at the office of Sushil Koirala Prakhar Cancer Hospital, Khajura, Banke. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of as specified in the table below for each package, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (bid validity period 90 days).
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
7. Bidders are requested to submit the Bid Security as package wise as specified in the table below.
8. For any provisions which are not mentioned in this notice, refer standard bidding document.
