1. Dairy Development Corporation (DDC), central office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following Dairy Equipment's under NCB Procedure. The name and identification of the contracts are as follows:
2. All bidders shall submit their bid electronically only, Electronic bid must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP System https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon, on 2079/2/29 B.S. Detail electronic bid submission procedure is as pre e-GP directives of PPMO.
3. Eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of Dairy Development Corporation, Central Office, Kathmandu, Tel 01-4411710.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Dairy Development Corporation, Central Office, Lainchaur, Kathmandu, at 12:00 Noon on 2079/2/19 B.S.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend 13 Hours on 2079/2/29 B.S. at Dairy Development Corporation, Central Office, Lainchaur, Kathmandu.
7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulations-2064 and their amendments.
10. The DDC reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
