Invitation for Bids for the Supply, Delivery, and related services of Stationery items.

1. RAHS has allocated funds for the procurement of Stationery items and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for supply, delivery, and related services of stationery items. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from Nepal.
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the RAHS Financial Regulation and Public Procurement Act of Nepal and are open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Office of Registrar, Rapti Academy of Health Sciences (RAHS), Ghorahi, Dang on RAHS official working days between 08:00 to 17:00 hours (Nepal Standard Time) from April 29, 2021, to May 13, 2021, at their own convenience.
4. Bidding documents may be purchased on or before 5:00 pm, May 13, 2021, on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of the non-refundable fee of NPR 3000/-. The method of payment will be in the form of a cash deposit certificate in Account No: 03911002022 of Laxmi Bank Limited of the Rapti Academy of Health Sciences (RAHS).
5. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 hours (Nepal Standard Time) on May 14, 2021. Documents after this deadline shall not be accepted.
6. Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening must be accompanied by bid security not less than 2.5% of bid amount (Inclusive of VAT). The bid security shall be in the name of the bidders. The Bid Security must be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the bid validity period. The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative, who chose to attend in person, at the address below at 14:00 hours (Nepal Standard Time) on May 14, 2021.
7. If the specified date for submission and opening of the bid falls on a RAHS holiday, then the same time of the next working day shall be considered for such events. The bid and validity of the bid security remain unchanged unless amended by another notice.
8. In the case of discrepancies or errors in bid documents, bid notice, or any other documents, RAHS reserves the right to amend and correct them at any time.
9. RAHS reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
