Re-Notice for Sealed Tender
For the Supply and Delivery of Shallow tube well Including all parts for the Dhanusha district
Sealed bids are hereby invited from registered firms, suppliers, or distributors for the supply and delivery of Shallow tube well Including all parts for the Dhanushai district. Bid documents can be purchased from Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Red Cross Marga, Kalimati, Kathmandu, and Nepal Red Cross Society Dhanusha District Chapter, Janakpurdham during office hours in working days from 4 May 2021 to 10 May 2021 against payment of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable).
The bidder(s) must deposit 2.5%(two and a half percent) including VAT 13% of the total bid amount as Earnest Money in the form of Bank Voucher against cash deposited in account No. 17-0002089-33 of Nepal Red Cross Society at Standard Chartered Bank Ltd., Baneshwor, Kathmandu or Nepal Bank Limited Jankapur Branch, Nepal Red Cross Society Dhanusha, account No. 00801000462064000001 or original bank guarantee (validity of 90 days). The successful bidder(s) will have to deposit 10% (ten percent) of the order value including VAT as Performance Security at the time of signing the purchase agreement.
The successful bidder will have to deposit 10% (ten percent of the quoted value of the materials as a performance bond. The bids received will be opened at 1.00 p.m. on 13 May 2021 at NRCS, Nhgs, Kathmandu Nepal in presence of attending bidders or their authorized representatives. NRCS reserves the right to accept or reject in part/or whole of any bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obligated to accept the lowest offer. Detail Specifications of the quantity of the material will be as mentioned in the bid document. That bid that is not fully filled with the terms and conditions of this tender will not be entertained. Any offer, discount, increase or decrease in price will not be accepted after opening the bid.
