Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. Nyaya Health Nepal/Bayalpata Hospital (NHN/BH) invites Electronic Bids for the following tasks under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the prevailing Public Procurement Act & Regulations of Nepal and procedure specified in the Bidding Document, Bidding is open to all Eligible and Qualified Bidders as specified in the Bidding Document. 

Tasks:

  • Supply and Delivery of Lab Supplies and Reagents
  • Supply and Delivery of Medical Consumables
  • Supply and Delivery of Medicine 

2. Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document in English at the office of NHN/BH, Achham, Nepal or may visit e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 

3. Complete set of Bidding Documents in English are available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document (Non-refundable) NRs. 3,000.00 for each task separately in the NHN/BH's Bank Account No. 0300010042001 at Mega Bank Nepal Ltd, Sanfebagar Branch, Achham and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

4. Interested Eligible and Qualified Bidders are required to submit Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the office of NHN/BH, Achham, Nepal on or before 1:00 P.M. on 21 May 2021. 

5. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:15 P.M. on 21 May 2021 onwards; 15-minute interval for each task respectively at the office of NHN/BH, Achham, Nepal.

6. Bid must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security (Scanned copy in PDF format), amounting to minimum as mentioned in the table above, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the validity period of the Bid (i.e. Valid up to minimum 17 September 2021) 

7. If Bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NHN/BH's Bank Account No. 0300010042001 at Mega Bank Nepal Ltd, Sanfebagar Branch, Achham and scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.
