Invitation for Electronic Bids

DHM invites electronic bids only from eligible bidders for the procurement of following goods as specified in Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.
1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of DHM, Babarmahal, Tel. No. 977-01-4215131. Email: [email protected] or visit e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
2. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank. Name of the Bank: Rastriya Banijya Bank, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal Name of the Office: Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Office Code No.: 308023501 Office Account No.: 1000200010000, Revenue Head No. : 14229
3. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic bids only before the above-mentioned time and date through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
