The Government of Nepal has received financing from Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Third Small Towns Water Supply & Sanitation Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the Contracts for Supply and Delivery of Pick-up Vehicles as described in table below;
Name of Goods or Related Services: Double Cab 4 Wheel Drive (4WD) 4 Door pick up vehicle
Description: Supply and delivery of double cab 4WD 4-door pick-up (diesel) driven veconforming to the required specification in bidding document. Trans- portation, Local Handling, Registration of Vehicles in Transport Authority.
Bidding is open only to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
1. The Project Management Office, Third Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Project, Department of Water Supply and Sewerage, Ministry of Water Supply and Sanitation ("the Purchaser") now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and Delivery Pick-up Vehicles. Details and specifications are provided in the Bidding Document. The vehicles have to be delivered to DWSSM - TSTWSSSP Store/Parking Lot, Kathmandu, Nepal.
2. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
3. Only experienced eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: Minimum average annual turnover of NRs. 39.99 Million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years. Has successfully completed as main Supplier of goods within the last 5 years of at least 2 contracts each valued at NRs 16 million with nature & complexity similar to the scope of supply.

5. To purchase the Bidding Document in English, eligible bidders should
- Write to the address above requesting the bidding documents for TSTWSSSP/NCB/Vehicle on or before 23 May 2021 during office hours
- Pay a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00, at Government of Nepal's Revenue Account as mentioned below for one set of bidding document:

6. Deliver your bid: To the address above on or before 24 May 2021, 12:00Hrs. (NST). Late Bids will not be accepted. Together with a Bid Security in the amount as specified in the Bidding Document (Section 2: Bid Data Sheet Clause ITB 21.1 Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. In case the day of final Bid submission falls on a public holiday, the final Bid submission date shall be following working day.
7. The Project Management Office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
