Invitation for Sealed Bids

RARS, Tarahara invites for bidding from interested authorized production companies/ committee or Suppliers for the supplies of 13000kg feeds per months for F/Y 2077/78 for fishes, Pigs, chicks etc. Bidding form can be received from RARS, Tarahara on payment of Rs. 3000.00 (Three Thousands) non refundable till 25th Shrawan 2077(9th August 2020) at office hrs. Sealed bids must be delivered at RARS Tarahara office latest by 26th Shrawan 2077 (10th August 2020) till 12pm along with the followings:
- VAT and PAN registration certificates.
- Tax clearance certificate of F/Y 2075/76.
- Bank deposit voucher of Rs 1,50,000.00 or a standard bank guarantee issued by an authorized bank for bid security.

- Value Added Tax should be included from bidding amounts.
- Feeds should be delivered at RARS Tarahara by bidders on his own costs.
- RARS will monitor and check the quality of feeds as per requirement.\
- Sealed bids shall remain valid for the period of 90 days from the last submission date.
- Bid Security shall remain valid for the period of 120 days from the last submission date.
- Sealed bids will be opened in presence of bidders/ representatives at 14:00 hrs of 26th Shrawan 2077 (10th August 2020) at RARS office Tarahara Sunsari.
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
