REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
Helen Keller Intl Nepal, an International non-profit organization works to save the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged by combatting the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health and malnutrition through health approaches and building capacity of organizations to contribute to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. Helen Keller Intl would like to solicit quotation's from interested bidders for the following services
- Meeting and Cleaning Supplies
- Advertisement Publication Service
- Stationery and Office Supplies
- International and Domestic Ticketing Services.
- Supply of Genuine Toner and Cartridge

Eligibility/ Criteria
- Valid company registration, PAN/VAT certificate and latest TAX clearance certificate.
- Company Trade License.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with International Non-government Organizations working in Nepal.
The RFQ must be submitted in your firm's letterhead, the complete name, title, phone number and e-mail address of the individual to whom communications should be sent. The deadline for submitting Quotation under RFQ Ref No. PF-NP-CO-202011-25 is December 15, 2020 by 5:00 PM Nepal Time (NST) at [email protected] HKI reserves the right to reject any or all quotes when considered to be in the best interest of the organization and/or the people it serves.
