INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BID

Description of works: NMB Bank Limited solicits Sealed Tender Bid from interested Bidders/Contractors for the renovation (Civil, Sanitary, Carpentry, Furnishing and Electrical & Allied Works) of below branch:

• Lubhu

Interested Eligible Bidder/Contractor can obtain Bid Document on submission of written application and Deposit of Non Refundable Fee of NPR 1,000,00 (Nepalese Rupees One Thousand Only) that to be deposited in the account - "Bid Document Purchase Parking Account" (00901371300114) for each Bid Document.

1. Tender Bid shall consist of Sealed Proposals as described in the "Bid Document" that to be submitted as declared below:
   
   

2. Interested Bidders/Contractors should have experience in the related field and should have completed at least 5 branch offices of any "A" class financial institution. (Please enclose evidence).

3. Tender Security equivalent to minimum of 2.5% of the tender amount must be furnished at the time of submission of proposals as prescribed in Bid Document, 

4. The successful bidder will be required to submit a "Performance Bond" for an amount equivalent to 10% of the Contract Amount issued by a Class "A" commercial bank with a validity period and format/wordings as specified by the Bank in the Bid Document. 

5. Interested Bidders/Contractors must submit all the documents outlined in the Bid document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the Bid.

6. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
