INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATION

NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed RFQ from interested Companies/Firm for Security Service for Province 1, Madesh Province, Gandaki Province, Lumbini Province, Karnali Province & Sudarpaschim Province. Interested Companies/Firms can obtain RFQ Documents from Bank's General Administration & Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon deposit of non-refundable fees of NPR 3,000.00 (Three Thousand Only)
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should have at least 3 years of company registration.
- The applicant should have a minimum experience of at least 2 years in a related field.
- The applicant should have an annual turnover at least of NPR 5 Million during the FY 2077/078 or 2078/79 (Latest).
- The registered office of the applicant should be in Province 1/ Madesh Province / Gandaki Province / Lumbini Province / Karnali Province / Sudarpaschim Province.
- Companies with registered offices in one province should apply for the same province only.
Documentation Requirement:
- Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized
- Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate - Duly Notarized.
- Valid copies of Tax clearance of FY 2077/078 or 2078/79 (Latest) - Duly Notarized. MOA and AOA - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik), in case of firms Renewal form - Duly Notarized (Department of Commerce/Industry)
- Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses to back the claim of experience- Duly Notarized.
- Other documents as prescribed in RFQ Document.
Note: Listed Vendors of the Bank are not mandatorily required to submit the notarized copies of the above-mentioned documents.
The sealed RFQ for all the requirements mentioned above is to be submitted within the close of business on 9th February 2023 in the prescribed format. Sealed RFQ should be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed RFQ received after the deadline will not be accepted.
