FHI 360, an international NGO, requests for quotation from locally registered agencies to supply the following items:

Hard copy of the quotation along with specified supporting documents requested and sample of the proposed products should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for PPE items and COVID-19 Medical & Care Kits” at the following address:
