WaterAid is an international not-for-profit organization, established in 1981, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. We change millions of lives every year, working in 28 countries to provide clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.  WaterAid has been working in Nepal since 1987. Our work in Nepal spans across 9 districts. We team up with local partners, technical experts, governments and communities to support the delivery of integrated WASH services in hard to reach communities, helping to transform lives.

WAN is integrating the response together with hygiene promotion through routine immunization initiative, which is scaled up across the country after successful piloting in four districts of Nepal. The proposed intervention will support to strengthen the capacity of the Government of Nepal to better prepared for responding possible outbreak of the virus and sensitize people about importance of sanitation and hygiene.

The main objectives are: 

• To raise awareness about the virus and sensitize people about the importance and sanitation and hygiene for tackling the issue. 
• To provide necessary support to the Government of Nepal for coordinated response of the problem.
• To strengthen the capacity of Government institutions to be prepared for responding the possible outbreak of the virus.

WaterAid Nepal hereby invites sealed quotation from qualified and registered printing press and suppliers to undertake following three packages viz.:

• Printing of flip chart, sticker and flex
• Packaging of the produced materials in 753 pallikas
• Transportation of packed materials up to the district level (77 districts)

Quotation Submission Method:

Interested qualified printing press and suppliers are requested to submit electronic scanned copy of the requisite documents enclosed with the technical and the financial proposal package wise as stated in the TOR. The interested printing press and suppliers are flexible to provide the quotation to individual package or all packages as per the capacity of their business in the template of quotation form attached to this TOR as Annex A through the email address nepal-[email protected] within 20 July 2020.
