Procurement of Vegetable Seed as a recovery support for farmers of southern Lalitpur under “Economic empowerment for social justice: Supporting efforts of the women in Southern Lalitpur to scale up their business initiatives and combat inequality.”
1. Federation of Woman Entrepreneurs' Associations of Nepal (FWEAN) invites sealed bid from the eligible and qualified bidders for supply of listed Vegetable seed.
2. The bid amount must also include all the applicable taxes and office delivery logistic arrangements where applicable.
3. The expected amount for the Sealed Bids is NPR 15,84,000 (Fifteen Lakhs eighty four thousand only, Inclusive of all applicable logistic costs, VAT and applicable taxes)

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below or can be downloaded from HERE
7. Hard copies of sealed Bids must be submitted (Hard copy) to the address given below before by 5.00 PM, Sunday 1st August, 2021
8. Sealed Bids will be opened at 2:00 pm on 2nd August 2021, Monday at FWEAN secretariat, at FWEAN secretariat, Bishalnagar, Kathmandu. Bidders/representative will be communicated for their virtual presence through zoom application before the opening of the sealed bids
9. Further, Bidders need to assure a bank guarantee of 20% of expected bid amount, along with other required bid document during submission of bid with the validity period of 30 days of goods delivery.
10. FWEAN Secretariat will notify the bidders about the bidding results and completion of the whole procurement process through email/Message.
