Sunawarshi municipality, office of the municipal executive. Dainiya, Morang invites electronics bids from eligible bidder for the procurement of the following works under national competitive bidding procedures. The name and identification of the contracts are as follows:

3. A complete Set of Bidding Documents May be purchased from the Office Of sunawarshi Municipality Dainiya Morang By eligible Bidders by downloading the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO'S Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (non-refundable fee of Nrs 3000/- on or Before 2077/11/09 during office hours.) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified above and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidders at the time of electronic submission of the bid.
4. Bids must be submitted to the office of the sunawarshi municipality by electronically on before 12:00 noon on 2077/11/10. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on Falgun, 10. 2077 13:00 hrs at sunawarshi municipality Dainiva, Morang. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days and must be accompanied by Bid security, which shall be valid for minimum of 30 days beyond the Bid validity period.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on government holiday then next working day shall be considered the last date. In such case the Bid validity and Bid security shall Remain the same as specified for the original last date of Bid submission.
7. The employer reserves the right to accept, or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
8. Any additional matter not recovered by this shall be in accordance with the prevailing public procurement Act 2063, and public procurement Regulation 2064 of GON.
