Procurement of Supply and Delivery of High Density Polyethylene Pipes

1. Shankharapur Municipality Office invites sealed bids from reputed and competent manufactures|suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of following HDPE Pipes under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures.
2. The Bidder shall submit for the purchase of the bid electronically through the e-bidding site of www.bolpatra.gov.np, on or before 30th days from the first date of publication (i.e. dated 2077/06/26 B.S.) along with the submission of a scanned written application attaching dually attested copies of Bidder's registration, VAT registration and tax clearance certificate upto the last fiscal year and payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned. The bidder shall download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the instructions to the bidder. The bidder shall download and submit bid electronically only, the bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee as specified above in revenue account as specified below and electronic scanned copy (.pdf format) of the bank voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

4. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the Office of Shankharapur Municipality, Sankhu, Kathmandu at 12:00 hours noon on 31st days from publication date (i.e. 2077/06/27 B.S.) Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bids received after the deadline of the submission will be rejected. Bids received by the above mentioned deadline shall be opened physically in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address above at 13:00 Hours on 31st day from the first date of publication (i.e. dated 2077/06/27 B.S.).
6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amount mentioned above, valid 30 days beyond Bid validity date.
7. If bidder wishes to submit Bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account no. 013200000194524, at Bank of Kathmandu Ltd, Sankhu, Kathmandu, on the account of Shankharapur Municipality Office, Sankhu , Kathmandu. And submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the sealed bid.
8. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the GoN's Guidelines (PPMO Guidelines).
9. The original bid bond guarantee letter should be issued in the name of the Shankharapur Municipality Office by any Commercial Bank or Financial Institution eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as per prevailing Law located in Nepal or reputable bank located abroad, acceptable to the Purchaser
10. If the last day for purchasing and submission falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
11. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non compliance with this instruction shall result in disqualification.
12. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. And any ammendment in the tender notice should be pasted on the notice board of the client's office and PPMO website
