Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC), Head Office, Tripureshwor invites electronic bids for the Supply & Delivery of Medium Class Galvanised Iron (GI) pipe NS 199/2046 and Socket NS 383/2054 or IS: 1879 - 1987 for NWSC Branch Offices from eligible registered Manufacturer's or Suppliers having qualification as mentioned in the bidding document under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations
- According to Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 rule 25(3) - If Bidders are not manufacturer of Medium Class Galvanised Iron (GI) pipe NS 199/2046 and Socket NS 383/2054 or IS:1879-1987, they must submit with the bid, sole supply authorization original letter from manufacture in the name of Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Head Office, Tripureshwor.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Head Office (NWSC), Tripureshwor Tel. No. 01-4117326/Fax.01-4117329 or may visit e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
- Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document, Non refundable NRs. Nrs. 5000.00 (In Words: Nrs. Five Thousnad only), in the following bank.

Account No : Current Account No. 0201017500742 - A Pre-bid meeting will take place on the 21st day (i.e. 2077/04/15) from first date of publication of this notice at Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Head Office, Tripureshwor at 13: 00 hours if that day falls on a Government holiday then the meeting will be held on next working day
- Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Head Office Tripureshwor on or before 12:00 hours of 33rd day (2077/04/27) from the first date of publication of this notice.
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours, on the last date of submission at NWSC Head Office, Tripureshwor Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NRs. 9,50,000.00 (In Words: Nine Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) which shall be valid for 150 days from the date of Bid opening.
- If bidder wishes to submit bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NWSC Current account no. 0201017500742 at Nabil Bank, New Road, Kathmandu and should submit scan copy of original receipt along with the bid.
- If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
- In case of discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other documents the NWSC reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.
- NWSC reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with public procurement Act 2063 and public procurement Regulation 2064 and other prevailing rule and regulations.
