INVITATION FOR ELECTORNIC BIDS

1. Ministry of Health and Population, Department of Health Services (DoHS), Management Division (MD) Teku, Kathmandu invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for procurement of LLIN and Test Kit to be delivered at the Pathalaiya/ Teku Kathmandu under national competitive bidding procedures as specified as Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the Management Division (MD), Teku, Kathmandu or telephone no 01- 5361768 on Go official working days from the date of IFB publication between office hours or, may visit c-GP system: https://bolpatra.gov.nplegp
3. The bidder must submit the bid for package by package as mentioned below and offer discount cross discounts Evaluation will be done by package basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Management Division, Department of Health Services Teku, Kathmandu, Nepal, and Telephone 01-5361768 or may visit www.bolpatra.gov.nplegp
5. Bidder shall purchase their bid electronically from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.nplegp. Bidders should deposit the NPR 3,000.00 cost of bidding document for each IFB in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Department of Health Services Management Division through PPMO'S-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or before 12.00 hour on 10 February, 2021.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 10 February 2021 at the office of Department of Health Services Management Division, Teku, and Kathmandu, Nepal Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount mention in above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid
8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the day shall be considered as the last date the same as specified for the original last date of bid purchasing submission.
