INVITATION FOR ELECTORNIC BIDS
No: H.O. KALIKOT/G/NCB-2/2077-78 Procurement of ICU BED and ICU VENTILATOR

1. Government of Karnali Province Ministry of Social Development Health Directorate Health Services Office. Kalikot Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for procurement of ICU BED and ICU VENTILATOR to be delivered at the Health Services Office, Kalikot under national competitive bidding procedures as specified as Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the Health Services Office, Kalikot or telephone no 087-440133 on GoN official working days from the date of IFB publication between office hours or, may visit e-GP system: https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp
3. The bidder must submit the bid for package by package as mentioned below and offer discounts/ cross discounts. Evaluation will be done by package basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.

4. Bidder shall purchase their bid electronically from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the NPR 3,000.00 cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Health Services Office, Kalikot through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or before 12.00 hour on 27 December, 2020
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 27 December, 2020 at the office of Health Services Office, Kalikot Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount mention in above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the day shall be considered as the last date the same as specified for the original last date of bid purchasing/ submission.
