1. Government of Nepal (GON) has allocated fund toward the cost of Preparation of Feasibility Study and Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Development of New Town in Remaining Area of Suryabinayak And Changunarayan Municipality of Bhaktapur District,' and intends to apply a portion of this fund to cligible payments under the Contract for which this Expression of Interest is invited for National consulting service.
2. The Kathmandu Valley Development Authority now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("consultant') to provide the following consulting services: Preparation of Feasibility Study and Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Development of New Town.
3. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from Kathmandu Valley Development Authority, Anamnagar or visit e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications. Expression of Interest may be submitted by a sole firm or Joint Venture (JV) of consulting firms and Maximum number of partners in JV shall be limited to Three.
5. Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/cgp only on or before 2077/06/18 B.S., 12:00 Hours Noon. The EOI shall be opened on same day at 13:00 hours at KVDA office, Anamnagar
6. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated
7. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification 40%, Experience 50%, and Capacity 10% of consulting firm and key personnel. Based on evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a request for proposal.
8. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 60%
