Name of Project: Preparation of Capacity Development Plan of Local Governments Of Bagamati Province
1. Bagamati Province Government (BPG) has allocated funds toward the cost of the Preparation Of Capacity Development Plan of the Local Government of Bagamati Province and intends to apply a portion of this fund to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Expression of Interest is invited for national consulting service.
2. Provincial Center for Good Governance (PCGG-Bagamati) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms ("consultant") to provide the following consulting services:

Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and EOI document free of cost at the address Provincial Center for Good Governance (PCGG-Bagamati) Jawalakhel Lalitpur, Nepal during office hours on or before December 12, 2022, or visit the e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np or visit the client's website http://pcgg.bagamati.gov.np/
4. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications. The consultant should apply with different teams for applying for different clusters.
5. Expressions of interest should be delivered online through the e-GP system only at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on December 13, 2022.
6. EOI shall be opened in the presence of Consultants' representatives, who choose to attend, at 13:00 hrs on December 13, 2022.
7. Consultant should submit the hardcopy after 3 working days from the date of the opening day of EOI.
8. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.
9. EOI will be assessed based on the Qualification (40%), Experience (50%), and Capacity (10%) of the consulting firm and key personnel. Based on the evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals through a request for proposal.
10. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 70%
