1. The office of GP Koirala National Center for Respiratory Diseases Dulegauda, Tanahun invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders under national competitive bidding procedures.

3. Bidder have the option of submitting their bid electronically only. Submission of hard copy bid shall not be entertained. Bidder can down load the bidding document for e-submission from PPMO's web site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder must submit application attaching copies of company/firm registration certificate, VAT Registration and Tax clearance certificates of FY 076/77 electronically and should deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.00 as the cost of bidding document in Nepal Bank Ltd. Damauli, Tanahu's KA 2.6 -KO LE NI KA TANAHU BIBIDH KHATA account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposite in (DHARAUTI KHATA) : 06001000002003000001 Nepal Bank Ltd. Damauli, Tanahu, Office Code no.: 370003801, Office Name : KA 2.3 -KO LE NI KA TANAHU DHARAUTI KHATA (G.P Koirala National Centre for Respiratory Disease) and submit bank deposit voucher along with the bid. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security mentioned in the above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of bid.
5. Electronic bids must be submitted to GP Koirala National Center for Respiratory Diseases Dulegauda, Tanahun Nepal through PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. before 12:00 PM on 31st days of publication of the notice. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bidders are requested to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP system Operating Guideline 2073 and user manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm at 31" day of bid publication notice at the office of GP Koirala National Center for Respiratory Diseases Dulegauda, Tanahu.
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and/or opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be consider as the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
9. Matters not covered in this notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act,2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
10. The bid is in single package and Evaluation will be done single package basis.
