Name of Project: Operation and Maintenance Support for Land Records Management Applications
1. The Department of Land Management and Archive now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms (consultants) to provide the following consulting services: Operation and Maintenance Support for Land Records Management Applications (LRIMS, PAM and DMS).
2. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and EOI document free of cost at the address Department of Land Management and Archive (DOLM4), Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Nepal, Tel: +977-01-4223049, 4220028, Email: [email protected], during office hours on or before 25 June 2021 or visit e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or visit the client's website URL: http://dolma.gov.np
3. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications.
4. Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through the e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 25 June 2021.
5. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date but the time will be the same as stipulated.
6. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification 50%, Experience 40%, and Capacity 10% of a consulting firm and key personnel. Based on the evaluation of EOI, only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit a technical and financial proposal through a request for proposal.
7. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method and the minimum score to pass the EOI is 70.
