Only eligible bidders With the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs. 280,000,000 or (In Words: Two Hundred Eighty Million Rupees Only)
Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: At least Two Contracts for the Construction of Camp Facilities/buildings, each Contract not less than NRs. 225,000,000 (In Words: Two Hundred Twenty Five Million Rupees only) - Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both In turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of IT B 21 Of the Bidding Document

- Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on April 19, 2020. Bids received after this deadline Will be rejected
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours on April 19, 2020, at the office of NEA, Upper Modi Hydroelectric Project, United World Trade Center, Third Floor, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid. amounting to a minimum of NRs. 7,000,000 (In Words: Seven Million Rupees Only) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. September 16, 2020
- In case of discrepancy or error in Tender Notice, bid document and other document, Employer reserves right to amend, correct at any time after publication of Notice Such amendment and correction shall be published in the National Daily Newspaper, the Notice Board Of Project and through PPMO website
- If the last date Of purchasing and Ior submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date In such case the validity period Of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids Without assigning reason, whatsoever
- Any intimidation, collusion and carteling during bidding process shall be punishable by law.
