SUPPLEMENTARY NOTICE FOR SHORTLISTING OF CONTRACTORS FOR CIVIL & RETROFITTING/ MEP WORKS AT PARKVIEW HORIZON APARTMENT COMPLEX RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, DHAPASI, KATHMANDU

Expression of Interest (EOI) are invited from eligible National Contractors for Civil & Retrofitting/ Electrical & Plumbing/ HVAC as well as finishing works at Parkview Apartments, Dhapasi, Kathmandu. The approximate works amounts to NPR 1,500,000,000.00 (One hundred fifty Crores) and is planned to commence from April 2022. The prospective bidders are requested to submit the rol within 15 days of publication of this Notice. The prospective bidders who have already submitted the Eol as per the previous Notice dated 5th September 2021 in Kantipur Daily and comply to the criteria are not required to resubmit the EOI. However, if the criteria is not complied the bidders who submitted the rol as per previous notice may resubmit the EOI.
The JV shall be permitted and number of Partners shall be limited to two (2). Only short listed Contractors shall be invited to bid for the tender.
Thus, prospective bidders are requested to submit the following information related to your company at the address below. Both the hardcopy and softcopy submission shall be accepted.
1) Company registration/ VAT Certificates.
2) Notarized Balance sheet & Turnover certificates of last three years including 2077-78.
3) Latest Tax clearance certificates 2076-77, preferably for 2077-78.
4) Details of similar works done.
5) Details of similar works currently undertaken.
6) Details of T & P machinery available for the project.
7) Pending litigation details.
8) Bank Liquidity Certificate.
9) Performance certificate issued by Employers.
