Invitation for Sealed Quotation
for the "Design and Publication of Notice in the Newspaper"

1. The AEPC invites sealed quotations from registered advertisement service providers for the "Design and Publication of Notice in the Newspaper"
2. Interested advertisement service providers may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document (SQ) in English at the office of AEPC or may visit the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. SQ document in English is available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of the bidding document (non-refundable fee) of NRs. 1,000.00 in the Rajaswa (Revenue) Bank Account as specified below, and a scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

4. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the above office through the e-GP system i.e. www.bopatra.gov.np/egp on or before 18 August 2025, 12:00 Noon.
5. SQ must be valid for a period of 45 days, counting from the date of bid opening, and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 45,000.00, which shall be valid for a minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e. valid up to a minimum of 31 October 2025)
6. If service providers wish to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in AEPC's Office Code 308002 and Account Name DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali, and submit/upload the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the eBid.
7. Received Sealed Quotations shall be opened in the presence of the service provider's representatives who choose to attend at 12:15 P.M. on 18 August 2025 at the office of AEPC, Mid Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. But nothing shall bar the opening of quotation by the reason only that any service provider or its agent is not present. The service provider's representative should bear the authorization letter duly signed by the authority of the firm at the time of bid opening.
