1. The Office of the Gandaki Technical Education & Vocational Training Academy (OoCTEVTA), Daniside, Pokhara, Kaski with the financial support of Provincial Government of Gandaki Province has allocated funds for Construction of Boys Hostel Building of Gandaki Technical Education and Vocational Training Academy (CTEVTA), Phedikhola-01, Gurdum, Syangja and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract identification number 3-GTEVTA-W-NCB-081-82. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Office of the Gandaki Technical Education & Vocational Training Academy (OOGTEVTA), Damside, Pokhara, Kaski invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a two-story (2-story and basement-Underground basement, ground floor, first floor) RCC frame structured building having plinth area of 708.80 Sq.m., which mainly consists of RCC works, reinforcement works, brick masonry work, wood works, aluminum works, rubble stone masonry workwith all finishing works as painting, plastering, electrical works, sanitary works etc. Under NCB- Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures in accordance with e-GP Procurement Directive 2074, clause 5 (3). Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding and may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document through the PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
a) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs. 77 Million excluding VAT.
b) Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Successful or substantial completion of one RCC frame structured building project with a value of NRs. 61.50 million excluding VAT within the last ten years.
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded from PPMO's website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by eligible bidders and submit their bids only electronically through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost of NRs. 10,000.00 (Ten thousand) of bidding documents in the Rajashwa (Revenue) Account as specified below, and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Bidder who wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the Dharauti account of Pradesh lekha Niyantran Karyalaya, Pokhara, Kaski in account No. 3020100202030000 at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., Pokhara.
5. Bids must be valid for 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,922,000.00, which shall be valid up to 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Office of the Gandaki Technical Education & Vocational Training Academy (OOGTEVTA), Damside. Pokhara, Kaski at 11.00 hrs. on 30 July, 2025.
7. Electronic bids must be submitted through the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs. (Nepal Standard Time as set out in the PPMO server) on 15 August, 2025. After that time, web website will not automatically accept any bids submitted.
8. The technical bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:00 hrs. on 15 August 2025, at the Office of the Gandaki Technical Education & Vocational Training Academy (OoGTEVTA), Damside, Pokhara, Kaski.
9. The price Bid will be opened after evaluation of technical bids. The e-GP system will send the e-mail notification to bidders to attend the price bid opening, whose bids will have been found substantially responsive technical bids and will have been determined as being qualified for opening of the price bids.
10. If the date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
11. Matters not covered in this notice shall be treated by PPA-2063 and PPR-2064.
