1. Mahadeva Rural Municipality, Bathanaha, Saptari invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following works under National Competitive Bidding procedure.
2. Bidders shall download the bidding documents and purchase/submit their bid electronically through web portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and upload the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

3. Bidders must submit their bid with updated Firm Registration, VAT/PAN certificate, Updated Tax clearance certificate. otherwise bid shall be non responsive. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at following address or may visit PPMO website (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp).
4. Please notice that amendment's (if any) will be published only in http://bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
5. Bids received after the deadline mentioned above will be rejected.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
7. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
