Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Ltd. invites Sealed Tender from the interested supplier for the supply of office Printing & Stationery Items.
Documentation Requirement:
- Company/ Firm registration certificate - duly notarized
- Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate - duly notarized
- Valid copies of lax paid receipt of FY 2076/77 or tax clearance of FY 2077/78 - duly notarized
- MOA and AOA - duly notarized
- Latest share register (share lagat) - duly notarized
- Latest director register - duly notarized
- Latest company update (company adhyawodhik), in case of firms renewal from department of commerce/ industry) - duly notarized
Bid documents are to be submitted within close of business hour on dated 2078/06/04 if the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as last day. All proposals should be addressed to General Service Department and submitted in person. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
The Sealed tender should be submitted in the format specified in the tender document which can be obtained from General Service Department of the Bank upon deposit of non-refundable document fee for NPR 2,000.00 (Two thousand only) in the Account No. 99950505000050.
Sealed proposal sent through mail courier will neither be accepted for any consideration not will they be returned to the sender.
Expected delivery time to be mentioned in the bid after receiving purchase order from the Bank.
Bid opening date: 2078/06/05
The Bank reserves the right to accept partly or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
