HR Integrated Consulting Services
Premier Insurance Co. (Nepal) Ltd. and Siddhartha Insurance Ltd. has inked a merger agreement for joint collaboration. With an objective to effectively execute the merger transitional process, optimizing Human resource and for creating a synergic conducive working environment between the two companies, HR integrated consulting service is sought from competent individual HR specialist or HR Consulting firm meeting the criteria as mentioned below:
In case of individual HR Specialist: Minimum 10 years of practice in strategic human resource management role either in consulting service or in reputed corporate organization of Nepal/ South Asia/ South East Asia with Master's Degree in Management preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management.
In case of HR consulting Firm: The team leader should possess at least 8 years of experience in the HR field preferably with Masters in Human Resource Management. The core management team shall possess at least 5 years of experience dealing with team and organizational building, preferably in the Financial/Insurance sector or HR consulting firm with Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Business/ strategic planning/IT.
Experience of HR integration initiatives for any merger and acquisition process will be an added advantage
A sealed proposal is hereby invited from eligible bidders for providing HR Integration Consulting Service for Merger between Siddhartha Insurance Ltd and Premier Insurance Co. (Nepal) Ltd to be submitted latest by 25th August 2022, Thursday till office hour - 5 PM.

The Organization reserves the right to reject any proposal without assigning any reason whatsoever. Only shortlisted Firm/ Candidate shall be called for further selection process based on proposal review.
