INIVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
Nepal Finance Limited (hereafter referred to as Finance Company) invites sealed bids (Technical and Financial Proposals) from authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for supplying and installation of Air Conditioners of renowned brand such as Midea, Voltas, Gree etc. at our various branch offices of Rupandehi, Janakpur, Kaski, Nawalpur district etc. The bid should consist of the sealed proposal as described in the Bid "Document" as per the conditions given below:
1. The Bid document can be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of (Nepalese Rupees One Thousand only)NPR. 1,000.00 .
2. Interested bidder should submit written application with company registration certificate proof of payment of non-refundable deposit to obtain Bid Document.
3. Bidder must provide various documents (Updated firm/company registration document, PAN/VAT registration certificate, updated Tax clearance certificate and cash deposited original voucher or original document of Bid Bond of at least 10% of bid amount and failing to submit the said document shall result in the rejection of the Bid.
4. Preference shall be given to the experienced firm/company for rendering above-mentioned service.(Please enclose evidence, if any)
5. Finance Company shall reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Respective bidder must submit the complete bid document to address below with technical and financial proposals separately on sealed envelope on or before 5:00 pm on 15 days (25th April 2021) from the date of publication of this notice.
7. Bid will be opened on 11:00 AM on 26th April, 2021, subject to the occurrence
of public holiday.
