Summary 

The Human Rights and Justice Centre (HRJC) is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to  facilitate the development of its strategic plan for the period 2021-2025 and the alignment of its  organizational structure to the plan. 

The consultancy is expected to take place in December 2020 and it is estimated that it will  require a maximum of twenty Five (25) consultancy days (Including document preparation to  Reporting) 

Objectives 

The primary objective of the consultancy is to develop a strategic framework for HRJC that  takes into account the current internal and external operating environment in order to enhance  HRJC’s sustainability and effectiveness in promoting access to justice for victims of human  rights violations in Nepal. The consultant is expected to facilitate the revision of our Vision,  Mission, strategic areas and objectives. The consultant will also guide HRJC in conducting a  situational analysis, including sustainability, stakeholder and risk mapping, and propose a  functional organizational & leadership structure, a sustainability plan and an effective monitoring  and reporting structure. Finally, the consultant will assist with costing of the plan.
