Expression of Interest
Kumari Bank Limited invites sealed-bids from interested and eligible advertising and communication agencies and vendors to work with us in the following areas for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
Media planning and communication strategy.
Entire promotional activities, media campaign, handling media houses, printing, brand promotion, brand creative, copy writing, content write-ups (English and Nepali), layout designing, concept building, designing, event and campaign management (outdoor, Indoor, stalls, etc.), production of radio jingles and television commercials.
Print and electronic media job including media releases, press releases, translation, media planning, management and coordination, media mobilization, etc.
Branding activities (ATL/BTL/TTL).
Social/Digital media management and marketing.
Planning, management and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
Terms and Conditions:
1. A proven track record of minimum three-years' experience with Banks and/or Financial Institutions.
2. Company profile with number of permanent employees and their function and list of prime customers.
3. Copy of company/firm registration (renewed) and PAN/VAT certificate.
4. Audited financials of past three years, MOA, AOA and latest tax clearance certificate.
5. Copy of valid registration document with Advertising Association of Nepal (AAN).
6. Interested parties need to deposit NPR 1,000 (non-refundable) at any branch of Kumari Bank Limited as enlistment fee in MDR account 0004504001015 and provide a copy of deposit slip and collect Bid-document from General Administration Department.
7. Interested agencies/ vendors should submit all the required documents with authorized signature and official stamp in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the purpose of enlistment.
8. Authorized signature is required for enlistment of firm/company (Single/Joint). 9. Interested parties (agencies for retainership basis) have to maintain 10% Bid Guarantee of 3 months validity or equivalent cash margin in the above stated MDR account.
10. Parties to whom the contract is awarded (agencies for retainership basis) have to maintain 10% Performance Guarantee of 13 months.
Interested parties should submit their bid with the above-mentioned documents at the Bank's General Administration Department at Tangal, Kathmandu within 15 days from the pubish date of this notice, before 5:30 pm. In case the last date of submission of sealed-bid is declared a national/public holiday, the sealed-bid can be submitted on the next working day. Only short-listed agencies/ vendors will be contacted by the Bank. The final selection of agencies and vendors will be on quality-cum-cost basis. The selected agency(ies) and vendor(s) will have a contract of one year with the Bank subject to mutual understanding. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
