REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SMART PHONE APPLICATION

KOSHISH was founded in 2008 with the mission to "ensure a dignified life for people with psychosocial issues through improving and implementing policies and legislation and expanding community-based mental health and psychosocial support".
KOSHISH has planned to developed a smartphone application which will also be used in the educational work in its project. The Android-based app will provide the basic information about mental health related problems, available support in the project area, self-help approaches and contact details of trained health workers and institutions. The app, which will work offline, will then also be usable for people with visual, hearing and reading impairments. It will be used directly by the population (young people, etc.) and also by people in key positions (community representatives, teachers, health workers, etc.), who can thus provide others with information.
Therefore, KOSHISH invites sealed proposal from the eligible interested VAT registered firm/agencies for developing smart phone application. The TOR of the application development can be downloaded from the link https://www.koshishnepal.org/notice-vacancy/. All eligible interested consultancy firm/consultant are requested to submit the technical and financial proposal either hard copy at the office premises or via in email at [email protected] within 5th of August 2021, 5:00 PM with following details:
- Brief description of consultancy firm/consultant/team
- Detailed CVs of the independent apps developer and each suggested team member.
- Understanding of this TOR and suggested methodology
- Availability of team and suggested schedule
- Financial proposal
- Examples of previous work
- Company/Firm registration, VAT registration and Latest tax clearance certificate
Only complete applications will be considered. KOSHISH reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning reasons whatsoever. The shortlisted company/firms will be contacted at earliest.
