1. The Government of Nepal has received a Intemal Resources from NA towards the cost of Purchase of pipes and fittings Goods, and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Purchage of pipes and fittings Goods (IFB No:JSMC/NCB/GOODS/8-2078/79). Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese and foreign Bidders. 

2.  The Jootpursimara Sub metropolitan city invites sealed and or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Purchage of pipes and fittings Goods. under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Jeetpursimara Sub metropolitan city Jeetpursimara Sub metropolitan city Jeetpur Jitpur Bhawanipur, Bara. Nepal or may visit PPMO egp system website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp 

4.  A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the following bank/office by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3000.0 NRs till 08-07-2022 12:00. If so requested, Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/ service upon payment of additional fee for post/courier. However the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the document to sent.

5. Sealed or Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Jeetpursimara Sub metropolitan city,Jeetpur, Jitpur Bhawanipur, Bara, Madhesh Pradesh, Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np. on or before 08-07-2022 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 08-07-2022 14:00 hours at the office of Jeetpursimara Sub metropolitan city Jeetpur Jitpur Bhawanipur, Bara, Nepal Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 422.000/- NRs Four Lakhs Twenty Two Thousands which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 

7. If the last date of purchasing and for submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
